What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we only accept paypal. You can use your credit card via paypal, though, if you prefer.

How soon will I receive my order?
We do our best to ship all orders within 5 business days. If there is a delay, you will be contacted. Monkey Doodlez are manufactured in Canada and therefore often take more time to arrive you, the customer. Please allow 8-10 business days for Monkey Doodlez orders to arrive - it will be worth the wait!

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. You can check on the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account. Use the link 'Order Status' at the bottom of our website.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on new unused diapers only. Diapers must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Exchanges will be offered on defective merchandise only. Please email us as soon as you find a defect in your item so we can make it right! Also email us when you decide to return something so we can make that transaction as smooth as possible.

What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service.

Is Express Shipping available?
Yes, please choose Express Shipping when checking out. If you choose this option, you will be billed separately. Please wait for an updated invoice so you can pay all at once.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
